I haven’t always been this happy. For years, I silently battled depression and anxiety, hiding my struggles and chasing external pleasures and success to fill an inner void.
It wasn’t until I discovered the power of Himalayan Kundalini Yoga, especially through the teachings of Sattva Yoga in India in 2018, that my life truly began to change, in real and meaningful ways.
Today, I feel profound peace and satisfaction in my daily life. I feel a sense of contentment in my body, mind, and heart that I never imagined was even possible, or could feel this good. I attribute this state of fulfillment almost entirely to the holistic practices of Yoga, specifically from the Himalayan Kundalini tradition, not just asana and vinyasa.
These ancient practices, tools & techniques I've learned have taught me how to move beyond personal suffering and live with grace, joy, and love everyday. Because of this powerful shift I've experienced, I’m deeply called to share these practices with you, to help you just as they've helped me.
This call to help guide you toward YOUR healing and personal freedom, just as I found mine, runs deep.
