I haven’t always been this happy. For years, I silently battled depression and anxiety, hiding my struggles and chasing external pleasures and success to fill an inner void. It wasn’t until I discovered the transformative power of Himalayan Kundalini Yoga, especially through the teachings of Sattva Yoga in India in 2018, that my life truly began to change.
Today, I feel profound peace and fulfillment in what is, and I’m deeply called to share these practices with you. The holistic practices of Yoga, not just asana and vinyasa, have taught me how to move beyond personal suffering and live with grace, joy, and love everyday. The call to help guide you toward YOUR healing and personal freedom, just as I found mine, runs deep.
Together we'll explore holistic yoga practices like meditation, breathwork, kriya, self-study, mantra and malas, asana, eating more or mostly plants, and more!
